Find help with your Pull Theory account, espresso logs, and Premium subscription.
Include the email address used for your account and a short description of what happened. Please do not send your password.

Confirm that you are using the same email address you used to create your Pull Theory account. If sign-in still fails, contact support and include the exact error message shown in the app.
Missing beans or shot history
Check your internet connection, then fully close and reopen Pull Theory. Your saved beans and shots are associated with your account, so also confirm that you signed in with the correct email address.
If data still appears to be missing, contact support before recreating or deleting records.
Pull Theory Premium
Premium subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed and managed through your Apple Account.
- To restore an existing purchase, open the Pull Theory Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- To view, change, or cancel your subscription, visit Apple Subscriptions.
- Deleting your Pull Theory account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Requesting an Apple refund
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Visit Report a Problem and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion directly inside Pull Theory:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the information shown and confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@pulltheory.app from the address associated with your account.
